The guys that came out Thursday February 12 when I was stuck outside of Bad Axe off M-53 were super. Having gone from being unable to maneuver out of a residential driveway due to a heavier trough of snow just off the shoulder to one of the tires dropping off the edge of the driveway into the ditch was a tough spot. The guys talked through on how to best tow it back on to the driveway, but also being aware that one of the tires was off the ground, posing a tipping risk. That caution along with professional communication was second to none. The assistance with holding westbound traffic long enough to get a running start out of the driveway without incuring a potential collision was also top-drawer. Glad you guys are with us for fleet assistance when we're on the clock. Thanks again. ~ Tom B

Best price for the best service. Time is only long due to your locals being too busy which is cool because when KRS gets your invoice, you know you will be in good hands. From the moment of my invoice for a battery service, I received a phone call being a straight shooter and asking me if the longer wait time was permitted. When KRS arrived on site, they were professional, but also read my vibe and instantly made a positive personal connection as well. Made me feel like customer service in the correct fashion, not all about taking the dime out of your pocket. Super friendly and easy to work with when it comes to extra questions or requests. The young man that they sent to me kept me informed on his location and checked on my safety constantly. Once he was here - he patiently work with my locks....a '92 cavalier. It was not a easy job- my car is totally manual & gave him the business. When l tell you that l will ALWAYS REFER PEOPLE TO THIS SERVICE COMPANY, TRUST ME I WILL!! He could have preformed his services and just left but he didn't. He waited to make sure l was safely in my home before he left... and this day and age> you don't find that often. I was stranded with a flat on the highway in the Thumb region and called Koehler Rescue Services. Their tire change service was fast and professional. The technician arrived within minutes, diagnosed the problem, and unfortunately due to the way the last the dealership had put it on could not get one of the lug nuts off without possibly damaging the rim. I appreciated the honest, clear communication and the courteous attitude. The technician was honest and helpful. Any other company would have just done it without saying anything. One of my service technicians had locked his home and car keys inside his vehicle. When I called around midnight, Brian had answered immediately and was onsite quicker than 15 minutes to save the day. The customer service, response time and pricing was impeccable. These guys are awesome. I had a flat that wouldn't take a plug to fix. These guys worked for several hours to get my spare loose from under my car (2011Tahoe) thst suckered was stuck. Above all they were professional throughout and never gave up until I was back on the road. If you need roadside service, these are the guys to call. Had flat tire on I75 south. Onstar was called koehler showed up in less than 10 minutes. Tire was changed and was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Guys were very fast and helpful. This company goes over beyond for the people they are servicing. I was on the highway Brain gave me tips on how to park my car so I wasn't vulnerable to being hit because it was getting dark outside.
